Hair Extensions Manufacturer for USA Brands
Why Alpha: Factory capability since 1990
Shipping to the U.S.
For U.S. buyers, we plan shipping by order type: express delivery for samples and urgent stock, air freight for medium replenishment orders, and sea freight for larger branded inventory. We can prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, carton marks, SKU labels and shipping data needed by your forwarder, 3PL, Amazon FBA partner or U.S. warehouse.
US Market Colors
Alpha supports launch assortments built around dimensional blondes, rooted blondes, ash/cool blondes, balayage, ombré, piano highlights, brunette blends and natural dark shades. For repeat orders, color standards can be confirmed with a shade ring, lab-dip approval and batch color checks.
We provide color rings and in-stock samples of our best-selling products so you can check color range and hair quality before ordering. If your desired shade isn’t listed, simply send us your requirements or color ring—we’ll custom dye it and send a sample for confirmation.

Compliance & Documentation
| Topic | U.S. Requirement | What We Can Do | Evidence / Documents to Prepare |
|---|---|---|---|
| HTS Classification | Human hair wigs/extensions are commonly analyzed under Chapter 67. Final classification should be confirmed by the importer’s customs broker. | We help prepare product descriptions and shipment documents; final HTS classification should be confirmed by your broker. | Commercial invoice, packing list, SKU product descriptions, material composition. |
| Country-of-Origin Marking | Imported goods should follow U.S. country-of-origin marking rules. Labels and cartons should be legible and consistent with import documents. | Retail units and cartons can be marked with country-of-origin information according to buyer requirements. | Country-of-origin wording, retail label proof, carton mark proof. |
| UFLPA / Forced-Labor Due Diligence | U.S. importers may need traceable supplier documentation and sourcing records for due diligence. | Alpha can support supplier declarations and batch traceability files for U.S. brand due diligence. | Supplier declaration, sourcing records, production batch records, screening notes. |
| Chemical Safety / Prop 65 Awareness | Buyers may request material or chemical test reports, especially for dyed hair, adhesives, metal parts, clips and packaging materials. | Testing options can be arranged for dyes, adhesives, metal rings, clips and packaging materials when required. | Third-party test reports, material declarations, dye/adhesive declarations. |
| Label and Retail Packaging | Best practice is to include color code, length, weight, hair type, method, origin, care instructions and lot number. | Every OEM order can include SKU-level label templates and lot-level traceability. | Label artwork, UPC/FNSKU, lot number mapping, care card. |
| Adhesive / Bond Components | Tape-ins, K-tip, keratin and fusion products may require adhesive or bond specifications, heat resistance and removal guidance. | We can provide adhesive/bond specifications and recommended use guidance by method. | Adhesive specs, heat test, installation/removal guide. |
| Amazon / FBA and 3PL Readiness | For Amazon or U.S. 3PL delivery, packaging should be scannable and carton data should match SKU, quantity and carton labels. | We can apply UPC/FNSKU stickers, carton labels and packing data according to your warehouse requirements. | UPC/FNSKU files, carton labels, packing list, carton size/weight. |
| Returns / Warranty Terms | B2B buyers need clear sample approval, QC standards and post-sale claim procedures before bulk orders. | After sample approval, every bulk order is checked against agreed specs before shipment. | QC photos/videos, AQL/inspection checklist, claim policy. |
| No Unsupported FDA Claim | Avoid claiming FDA approval for hair extensions unless the product classification is verified. Use accurate documentation language instead. | We provide compliance support, documentation support and test-report options when required. | Legal review notes, product classification notes. |
Private Label Packaging
