Alpha Warranty & Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all hair extensions in original, unused, and untampered condition. Products must be in factory condition to be eligible for return. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate your return request.
- Submit visual evidence (photos/videos) for confirmation.
- Ship the item back after approval. Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Our Quality Control team will inspect the product upon arrival.
- If approved, we will issue a refund, excluding a standard $8 restocking fee and $10 return shipping, both deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of item inspection. Financial institutions may take 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Alpha stands behind the quality of our products and offers a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

Attachment Failure: Includes detachment of hand-tied wefts or adhesive from manufacturing, not due to misuse.

Excessive Breakage: Defined as hair breakage of over 4 inches within 3 months.

Tangles/Mattes: Severe tangling not caused by product misuse or poor maintenance.
Warranty Claim Procedure
If a product issue arises, follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 3 days of discovery.
- Provide evidence (clear photos or videos).
- Product is inspected by Alpha’s quality team (factory or office) to determine root cause.
- Resolution options include:

- Repair or rework
- Replacement
- Refund or compensation
- Supplemental parts or materials
All warranty decisions are based on inspection results. Alpha reserves the right to determine the most appropriate solution.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty:

Improper Care: Using unsuitable products, applying excessive heat, swimming with extensions, etc.

Chemical Processing: Bleaching, dyeing, or altering the hair chemically.

Expired Warranty Period

Improper Storage: Exposure to humidity, sunlight, or unsealed air contact.

Unverified Claims: Claims lacking sufficient evidence (photos, video) or conflicting with product specifications.

Customer Misunderstanding: Misinterpretation of product specs (color, length, weight) when delivered as ordered.
Warranty Limitations

Excludes Indirect Costs: Alpha is not responsible for shipping, removal, installation, or any indirect costs from defective products.

Returned Goods Deadline: Claimed items must be returned within 30 days of filing the warranty claim. For problematic batches, unopened and unused goods in factory condition must be returned.
